Safe and secure. Just a short walk to the St. Charles streetcar, so you can easily nip in to the French Quarter; or just stay in the Garden District. You can walk around to see the finest homes. The back bedroom was quiet, although from the living room you could hear some street noises. We were able to park on the street in front of the house most of the time; the farthest away we had to park was halfway down the block.
