I had a nice time at this hotel. But I was a bit disappointed with my room. It was supposedly a deluxe room but there was nothing de luxe about it. It was plain - not to mention the bathroom which was totally outdated. This said, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the lobby really welcoming.

Sans doute l'un des pires hôtels de la ville. N'est pas à la hauteur d'un Sheraton et du prix payé. Demanderait un bon rafraichissement. Par exemple le papier se décolle des murs dans la sdb. Le personnel n'est pas formé. Pas de restaurant et au bar on vous sert en mâchant du chewing gum... Très bruyant, musique à fond dans la hall. Parking hors de prix (58 $ la nuit...) et le voiturier dépose la voiture à 100 metres de vous et de vos valises... Hôtel à éviter absolument.

It was great facing the busiest street but the shower was really weird anyone over 5’10 might be uncomfortable as I could almost touch the ceiling lol. No mini fridge but you can rent one for$50

We had a great 4 night stay at the Sheraton! I’m pretty picky when it comes to hotels & I have no complaints. It was within walking distance of Bourbon Street which we spent just about every night on. Lots of great cafes near by. The staff were great & informative about suggestions around the area. The hotel was clean & we loved the location! Would definitely stay again!!

Always stay here when in town for jazz fest. It’s the event hotel so you get what’s associated therewith. Dining options within join a few blocks are abundant. The high end mall is a few blocks away. And the gym is nice, although three of the machines were broken. Overall, all good.

someone else's dirty linen was on the chair when we came in- the room was only cleaned 2x during a 5 day stay & when we asked house service ,we were told to go down to the front desk to request it- our account was made out incorrectly & front desk staff was unecessarily defensive when we asked for help & clarity - I was bitten by an ant on the 29th floor- worst hotel experience in years

My stay was amazing at the Sheraton and would recommend this brand of hotels to all my family and friends.

For $300/night, room amenties could be much better. Very small ice bucket, no bags for trash cans, unremarkable shower, very few and limited vending machines, very small counter space in bathroom and have to pay additional for WIFI. On the good side, best elevator sytem ever and location.
