Bar and restaurant was filled with drunk people and we couldn’t not order food. They had us order food to go and then didn’t have to go containers ect. Our room was a good size room but the ac and phone didn’t work. The ac quit working at 1 and we had to move rooms. The next morning house keeping came in our room and didn’t knock. Horrible experience with this hotel

The staff was absolutely amazing. It wasn't a lot of them, but they made sure that my family and I had the best experience. The food and drinks were great. But I can't quit raving about that staff. From the time we walked in the door, they were on point. Now, the building definitely needs some upgrades, but I have been in newer hotels with horrible staff. I would choose this one with that team any day.

The property was really nice, clean, felt safe, and had a free parking garage with plenty of spots. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional. We could not ask for a more pleasant stay.

disappointing service
The hotel room was dirty. There were toilet paper, utensils on the floor. Room was right in front of ice vending, so we got disturbed all night. The room servicing person took my girlfriend’s short along with other towels and bedsheet. We kept looking for it. We called the reception several times and they finally found it. Instead of bringing it back to my room, they kept it in the reception and I had to go get it. AC didn’t work. It was at 66 the whole time. We tried changing it to 70 but it still kept running.

Great stay
Check in was fast and easy. Even with everyone coming in at one time to check in, she didn’t make it feel rushed and had a smile on her face the entire time. Located in great area too.

For the price it’s worth to book
Second time I’ve stayed and the A/C doesn’t cool. For the price it’s worth the stay, great location and easy to come and go. Free parking and staff nice. The rooms could use a little update and a mini fridge.

The room was dusty and not clean, Door sign fell off as I opened the door, Sockets INOP, No refrigerator, Musty smell. Food at the Hotel restaurant was horrible, only had pancakes and bacon. Food uncook. Would not recommend to anyone

Very poor experience
First room they gave us didn’t have a tv remote and the bedsheets had gnats in them. Second room the AC didn’t work properly. The room never cooler below 78 degrees even though we had it set on 72. Didn’t sleep well due to heat. The next morning we also found bugs in the bed. For the price we paid it was very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend.
