The Space: We have multiple Roami units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. Motorworks offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern comfort, just five minutes from the Central Business District. A recently renovated space featuring 20' ceilings, original wood floors, and fully restored windows that fill the space with natural light. Guests can enjoy access to a rooftop retreat with sun loungers, a summer kitchen, and outdoor dining, as well as an on-site gym for daily workouts. There is metered street parking available along Howard Avenue for $3 per hour, Monday through Saturday and free on Sundays. This combo includes multiple side-by-side properties. Though not connected, they are adjacent to one another, with each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s). Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
