Our main concern was the multiple requests for additional information from the Book NOLA management company. Several of these came at the last minute, including a request for a picture of a credit card the day before arrival, and a request for a rental agreement a few minutes before arrival when I was traveling. The message system used did not have active web links and so it was necessary to request emails to get access to documents. In one case I was asked to resubmit a form that had been completed and accepted already: The link did not work, and I did not have access to a printer of scanner. "Please resubmit your rental agreement signature since it's not clear and properly visible. Print out the last page of the agreement, wet sign, scan, and send us via email at: " The staff were very polite when I called about these issues, but these calls would not be necessary with earlier completion of documents and a better online platform. A more streamlined process for submitting required information would be very useful. Requests made at the last minute are hard to complete with limited access to communication devices and when one is focused on finding the location.
