Once entering the condominium you can take the elevator up to your unit's floor. After entering the unit you’ll walk past the half bathroom and laundry room on your right. The living room immediately follows the entranceway and is attached to the kitchen. Directly to the right of the kitchen will be the primary bedroom with an attached full bathroom. Located to the left of the kitchen will be the private balcony/patio area that overlooks the pool. You have full access to the building, condo & all amenities! Included is a parking space in a gated & secure parking garage. Free parking is also readily available around the building for any additional cars. We're available any time you need us! The Bywater is a vibrant art scene - with local artisans' galleries, funky live music venues, and art markets, embodies the essence of these adjacent neighborhoods. No real charm in an exceptionally charming neighborhood.Maybe add a dresser in the bedroom and/or shelves in the closet. Hooks on the bedroom, closet and bathroom doors would nice. A tissue box or two would also be a good addition.The real need is for a bath mat in the shower and a rug on the bathroom floor that would help avoid bad accidents or falls. The prohibition of pool access was odd as friends who stayed there during this trip had no such prohibition. It felt like the VRBO/Nick Saban commercial. “No pool, no playing, no fun….Overall a good stay as we weren’t in the condo except to sleep. NOLA is fantastic! ##### Gilbert F.
