There is a tenant that lives upstairs, and I live in the back apartment. This is a spacious apartment with 12-foot ceilings and lots of natural light. There is a large back deck you're welcome to enjoy. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a full kitchen with all the things. Quiet neighborhood with kids that live across the street.
