I do wish I would have known I could book directly through them to avoid an additional booking fee. I also had to ask for my check in information the night before check in as I had not received it yet (the previous communication was I would receive it 30 days prior) but when I asked for it, I did receive it quickly. It was super clean, easy to find, away from all the chaos but close to everything. I will say parking sucks and it is so expansive but other than that. I wish this was my actual house lol. This place made our trip to New Orleans absolutely wonderful. The unit was clean, quiet, larger than anticipated and prettier in person. The staff over communicated and was easy to reach with all of our questions. I would stay here again and again. Everyone had their own space and the outdoor balcony was so nice to lounge on in the afternoons. Only downside is it’s a bit of a walk to all the most popular areas, but at the same time that means it’s very quiet when you want to wind down for the night. Highly recommend! ##### Mallory B. Luxury is exactly the level of accommodations you will find with the penthouse! It’s clean, lofty, quiet, and just plain exceptional. The lobby is incredible! Down to the decor, they’ve thought of everything! It’s a 3 block walk to the convention center and Starbucks (for those that need it). It’s a 2 min walk to Ernst Cafe (1.50 beer for those that need it.). Mulate’s is close, also. You can walk to Riverwalk or the casino. It literally is the perfect spot to stay! ##### Sheryl P. Location is close to great restaurants and attractions but very quiet at night. Beds are very comfortable and the accommodation is beautifully decorated. Full size washer and dryer came in handy. We were able to walk to the French Quarter, casino and Super Dome. Check in was seamless. Lots of food options within walking distance.Also, took the Green Trolley to the Garden District for dinner.The condo is clean and as advertised. ##### Rocco S. Easy to walk around the neighborhood, close to two main casinos, Harrah’s and the brand new Caesar’s. Had a slight hiccup at checkin but the problem was resolved expeditiously. It was rainy and cold while we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the balcony, but it is lovely. Great area to walk and explore, which we did! There was plenty of space for both of us (even when we had to work). The location was perfect to explore the French Quarter, Frenchman Street, and the Garden District and Uptown.
