It was a great price for last minute booking. No front desk or on property personal.
I loved the historic features and furnishings in the main house and the courtyard out back of the house. the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, but the quality of the room was not very nice - except the bed, which was quite comfy. However, the room smelled of damp, the walls looked moldy, the towels did not look clean, the air conditioner was so horribly dusty that I didn't want to use it and there were no windows that could be open to let in some fresh air...
This guest house is absolutely adorable! If you’re looking for a luxurious stay, this is not that. Historic buildings can only be so luxurious, but it’s a more fun experience! Very basic amenities. Mini fridge and tv with a bed and bathroom. We had the king bed room in the front building and had private access to the side balcony which was lovely. The location is so convenient for walking to bourbon street and the French quarter and you’re right on a street car line. The area is sketchy, but you’re in New Orleans!!!! Just stay aware and you’ll be just fine. The staff was incredible. Extremely friendly and helpful with anything you need. A ladies!!!
If you want a cheaper stay and don’t need amenities, this is the perfect spot.
Hands down the cutest place I've ever stayed. Close enough to Burbon to walk, far enough to be quiet at night when you're ready to get away from the chaos. The staff is so nice, and welcoming, with plenty of suggestions for places to go and things to do and always willing to lend a hand I'd you need a cab or a place to store your bags. 10/10
Room was not clean. Uncomfortable bed with no blanket. No hangers for clothes. Noisy ac. General rundown condition. For $200 per night it was disappointing. On the positive it was close to the music venue & we could park on the street for free.
