Swim Boat Grill !!!!! Sea La Vie is located in Slidell a Suburb of New Orleans. It is located 27 miles from the French Quarter and is an easy drive on I-10\. The home is a three bedroom home with two large bedrooms and a loft bedroom for kids only. The home has been completely renovated in 2017 and everything in it is new. There is huge 100' dock with deep water access via boat. Bring your boat and kids and swim, ski, fish and boat in Lake Pontchartrain. The lake is a 3 minute boat ride from the dock. There is a large deck that has seating for eight and extra chairs for overflow. The home is 5 minutes from some of the best fishing in the country. You can even fish right off the dock in the front yard. There is phenomenal fishing in the Rigolets nearby with incredible salt water fishing and access to fresh water fishing within 20 minutes by boat. You can play in the water or on the boat all day and hit the French Quarter at night for great fun and partying like no where else. You can catch an Uber, Taxi or drive. Great from two couples or a family. There is a sleeper sofa for over flow sleeping in the living room. The home has a nicely stocked kitchen with all new appliances. There is a double oven and large stove. The home has a large working fireplace and large dining room with a table that expands to seat 12\. Great for family get together and large meals. The home has 2 king beds, 1 queen/full bed in the upstairs loft, a bunk room with 1 full and 2 twins plus a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 8 adults and 3 children. The upstairs bedroom is a loft space. No pets allowed We will allow one certified service dog with a $250 non refundable carpet cleaning fee. Multiple service dogs are not allowed. The map quest distance from this house to the French Quarter is 27 miles (on I-10). Please note: We do not allow parties or events at this property. We respect our neighbors. This property is for family residential use only. Was clean, spacious and well stocked with towels and cookware. You can fish off the dock and lounge on the deck. 2 stars for the neighborhood as it is crawling with suspicious neighbors that are fighting to keep rentals out. Thumbs up to the owner who didn't just brush it off when we informed her that a photo of my family was not only taken by one of the neighbors but was also posted on the social media platform called NEXTDOOR where neighbors miscontrused the photo and made false claims and comments about our family. Beware because you too might end up with your photo taken, posted, and misconstrued on a social media site by one of the neighbors as well. ##### Kristen H. The cleaners had just left and there is nothing better than a fresh smelling home! I have allergies and you wouldn't have known by how clean it was. The moment you walk in you see the beautiful sights of the canal. Its simply gorgeous especially walking up in the morning and seeing it from your very spacious master bedroom. The home was spacious, kitchen will stocked, soft towels, extra linens, and wonderful patio. Some areas of the home could use cosmetic work, especially patio doors as they do not function properly, but over all this home was perfect. We especially loved sitting out on the patio, enjoying the water and watching the pelicans fish in the morning. ##### Amber G.
