Hello Ulises, I am sorry to hear that your vehicle was damaged when you parked it on the side streets around the hotel. Our employee and guest's safety and security are our top priority. That is why we provide secure parking lots for our guests that are locked at night and monitored overnight by our security team. There is a parking charge of 25 + tax per night (50 during Mardi Gras) for this peace of mind. We certainly encourage our guests to park directly with us, and I am sorry you didn't take advantage of that amenity.
