We do our Fraternity Retreat every year on the weekend before Father's Day. This time it was NOLA. We always look for a place that, essentially, requires us to congregate together, rather than have multiple places to hang-out. This one fit-the-bill. Everyone had a room or shared one with a friend, but there were many rooms to go around. We all congregated in the kitchen and main room and it was extremely comfortable with an excellent TV and Wi-Fi. During the day, we were able to hang-out by the pool as well. Close to Frenchman's Street and a very nice grocery store. Convenient, by Uber, to Bourbon (walkable), Cafe Du Monde (walkable), other restaurants, the River Cruise (paddle boats), and the Casino. We had all the conveniences we needed. Communication and ease of entry was impeccable. This place is great!! I highly recommend it; particularly for larger groups. However, the host, Craig, and his team, are top-notch. Craig and the team are single-handedly the best short-term rental management team I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They came through for our group in such a HUGE and meaningful way when we made a request of them that they 100% certainly did not have to accommodate as it was outside their roles or responsibilities. It had everything my family needed to relax and enjoy our time together. Location was great. There is a wonderful market just a block away and a Starbucks (as well as a great local coffee shop) literally right around the corner. It is loaded many bedrooms and bathrooms (many baths are ensuite). The common areas are large and perfect for any group. My family enjoyed the large TV in the common area for the NFL games on Sunday. Everything was perfect!! The house is spacious and beautiful. They provide you with EVERYTHING you need - toiletries, pots, pans, coffee, creamer, etc. They also had a generous supply of trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. The beds were very comfy. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The communication with the property manager was quick. We were able to take a quick (7 mins or less) Uber to bourbon street.
