Also couldnt figure out how to get the pool tv to work and the ice maker needs to be attended to as the ice was questionable. We loved the big tub and had a great few nights at the property. No privacy for both parties in those two connected rooms. Pool was clean good size but to swim with the hose to the cleaner in the pool was very dangerous. There were a total of 6 of us and we are all 50+. The closet conversion with the twin beds was not ideal for us. Some upkeep is needed, like painting of walls, there were also ripped and broken chairs. There was an issue with the hot tub and the front door. More outdoor chairs also needed. Our reservation was made 3 months before our arrival, so common sense would say to call the “pool guy” before we get there. Nothing was done with the pool until, at least, 24 hrs after our check-in time. When asked when the pool would be ready for use, I was never responded to. It was not usable during our 5 days on-site. When I asked about compensation, no response…. Big surprise. There was not wi-if offered, house is on a main road, in a sketchy neighborhood. Definitely DO NOT recommend this property. Could have had the same property without the pool for a portion of the cost. I’ve stayed in many rentals, this was the worst experience.
