We were a bit concerned when our shuttle bus driver started talking smack about the area of town we were staying and coming in at night didn't help. It is a rather sketchy looking area of town, but we found the neighbors to be really nice and the location was convenient to walking to trolley and most places. We had absolutely no issues with the place and had 15 family members aged 11 to 83 all staying together. We totally enjoyed ourselves and Graham even made sure we had more silverware and glasses. He even got out his Christmas tree for our use. Great spot that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and within a two mile walk of French Quarter. ##### Yvonne D.
