The refrigerator was broken and there solution was “were getting new ones next week.” I purchased the room for my wife on her birthday so we went to an expensive restaurant with expensive food. They didn’t not make us aware it was broken until I called and mentioned it plus I had a broken lamp just laying on the bed. The room didn’t appear to be cleaned other than the bed being made up.

The hotel room was clean, the elevators could be more cleaned, and the showers could be improved because the shower water splashes on the floor

Property really needs help. First room was dirty and facilities were not working properly. Second room was better. It definitely needs new bathrooms and needs to be revamped. Definitely not worth the price expedia charges.
