It was a very nice hotel all staff was nice and we were very comfortable because it was big and very clean. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND HOT AND FRESH LY COOKED.The only minus WHICH IS NOT THE HOTELS FAULT the area around the hotel was not great and it was very expensoive to park in the garage .I was surprised because it said free parking when i booked the hotel.ALL IN ALL WE ENJOYED OUR 2 DAY STAY THERE AND THEY EVEN LENT US THEIR WHEELCHAIR BECAUSE MY SISTER HAD A BROKEN LEG.

The rooms were sufficient, I did not like where the bathroom was located, but that really can’t be changed. Lol The elevator situation is not good at all, definitely needs upgrading. Overall, it was an average stay, no major complaints, nothing to brag about.

Liked the hotel only downfall was the lift not working so had to use service lift. Breakfast was acceptable. Towels are too small so you need more than one to shower. Water takes for ever to warm up

Property was clean however the elevator went down and I was located on the 15th floor. Which was pure hell to walk up. Staff did not seem to have a sense of urgency to have the elevator fixed either. I just hope that there were nobody handicapped in the hotel or they were SOL.

The property had an elevator down, leaving all guests to only have access to one elevator. This caused many delays because we all had to wait until the elevator was clear. It was a true inconvenience. Additionally, I requested daily housekeeping when I checked into the hotel. The room was not cleaned as requested. When I made an additional request, the room was still not cleaned when I returned that afternoon. Finally, after a third attempt, housekeeping came to provide towels and empty trash. Overall, the experience was not great, but the hotel was conveniently located to many attractions.

Very clean hotel. Good breakfast. The bad thing is that it is a big hotel with 2 small elevators, one didn't work, the other broke down several times during the day and night! I stayed on the 12th floor. I had to go up and down the stairs several times because of this. I don't recommend it!!!

The property is on an abandoned part of Canal Street. There are only two guest elevators for this 14 story hotel. One elevator was completely broken and out of service. The other elevator broke down more times than we can count. We had to take the stairs to our 12th floor room more than once. Staff seemed aloof, giving us the impression this happens all the time. The broken elevator delayed our departure over an hour. Also - there’s no parking for this hotel. They recommended a parking garage adjacent to a partially abandoned hospital where homeless people frequent.

The hotel from inside is nice. The housekeeping and staff services are terrible. I stayed for 5 days with my family. In the 5 days no one came to clean or pick up the trash from the room. We were 4 adults and a 2 y/o who still wares diapers. Can you imagine how smelly was in that room? Bed sheets never got changed, bathroom trash for 5 days, and I can keep going on and on. I called front desk multiple times and got the same answer, short staff, they will see what they can do. We try to catch one of the housekeeping on the floor and she said our room was not on her list. Elevator out of service all the time. Only one elevator was working. We had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for an elevator on the weekend. I’m 6 months pregnant with a two years old infant and got to used the stairs to level 9 because of the elevator being out of service.
