Furniture in the living area could use a cleaning, walls could be painted in the back bedroom. Great set up, but our suite had several doors and windows that opened to a shared patio with the building, so kept our blinds closed most of the time. The only other negative was the foam king bed in the first room was VERY firm and only a thin comforter covered in sheets on top. Had to turn up the heat a bit because of lack of covers.
