Very nice, clean studio apartment close to the street car for seeing NOLA in the Garden District. We were comfortable and had everything we needed close by. CVS, a Creamery, Parrans Poboys, wine cellar, cheese shop and Gracious Bakery. We loved that you could park on the street and felt safe at all times. We are hosts ourselves and liked how Luke will respond to you very quickly. Would definitely stay again. 5/5

#### Condo in City

Next door to popular ice cream shop. Down side it that the shop is open til 11 pm. Can be a little loud at times. Pluses: An amazing grocery store with boiled crawfish, plate lunches, etc nearby, along with coffee shops, restaurants, & pharmacies all in walking distance. Full kitchen & new finishes; large windows with 3rd story view.

#### Fun stay

Nicely appointed studio apartment and convenient location. The bathroom is not suitable for everyone, a little awkward for a large person. Water pressure was not very good. I’ve never seen a note to tip the cleaning person which I thought was an unnecessary expectation since it is a small rental and the cleaning fee should more than cover the cost of cleaning. Time to dust the bathroom vent and on top of the refrigerator. Did have fun and perfect for our weekend in Nola.
