It is a large home and can fit your entire group of friends and family with its numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, plus additional versatile rooms that provide even more space and privacy! The professionally designed spaces offer open-concept layouts and kitchen & dining spaces perfect for entertaining.  
  
The Space:  
In addition to the 5 bedrooms, there is one additional modular/flexible space (labeled "living room" in the "where you will sleep" section of this listing). This space can be fully private and are furnished with desks, beds, and lounge furniture to create an arrangement that best suits your group's needs.

At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await. While this charming part of town provides a tranquil refuge from the thrill of the French Quarter, it is truly a destination in itself.  
  
All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.  
  
Getting Around:  
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 12-15 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a 8-10 minute walk to the St Charles at Felicity streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 5-10 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!
