She was accomodating and went above and beyond to make our quick visit stress-free. Not only was the location easy access for walking distance to main attractions, but quiet in the evening for a good night's rest. Two items that need attention for a 5-star rating would be the need for a higher pressure shower head (I have thick coarse hair, so the shampoo and conditioner were difficult to remove under the current shower flow) and oiling of the door hinges (to reduce the loud, squeaking noises when opening and closing doors). ##### CAMTHI A.
