This home is is half or a double with a dividing wall down the center of the structure. Guests\` first step into their private unit is into the living room, which flows into the kitchen area, and has a half bath included on the first floor. Upstairs has the two private bedrooms and full primary bathroom located off the landing area. The balcony is access through the primary bedroom. Smoking - We have a strict NO SMOKING/VAPING policy inside the condo or lobby, on the access balcony, or in the first floor carriage way. If the fire alarm sounds the fire department will show up.
