The Space: Tucked away in the backyard of a beautiful Lakeview home, this spacious carriage house is designed with your comfort in mind. You’ll have everything you need — a fully stocked kitchen and bar, a cozy living room with a Smart TV and electric fireplace, and a charming porch perfect for unwinding. Amenities include: Free WiFi Central A/C & heating Linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries Fully equipped kitchen and bar area Ceiling fans, hair dryers, hangers, iron & board Smart TV and electric fireplace King size bed with luxury linens Pullout sleeper sofa great for kids Free street parking (\*\*Please note, there is usually plenty of spots available directly in front of the home, but the neighborhood will be repaving a few streets from July - December 25' and this is one of them. All street parking is free and plentiful in the neighborhood so it should not be a major problem but wanted to make guests aware\*\*) Please note: Stairs are required for access The homeowner lives on-site Shared backyard (no pool access) The Neighborhood: The home is located in Lakeview, the most family friend/safe area of New Orleans! Only 3 miles to the street car or 5 miles to the French Quarter. Getting Around: Plenty of free/easy street parking. (\*\*Please note, there is usually plenty of spots available directly in front of the home, but the neighborhood will be repaving a few streets from July - December 25' and this is one of them.
