Unfortunately, we arrived with a live cockroach in the garage. Communication was a pain. Mid-stay logistical questions (multiple calls and texts) went unanswered for days at a time and the manager was incredibly unprofessional and rude. He tried to hit us with a few hidden fees that we had specifically asked about but went undisclosed until the very end. Then he started calling my phone nonstop even though I told him I was unavailable to discuss the matter at that time. Felt like harassment. Not only did we enjoy the city but we enjoyed this particular Vrbo.
