This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & a 400 sq ft private balcony. Come live easy on Magazine Street just one block from the world famous Canal Street & French Quarter Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Harrahs Casino. The owners are local, check us out we would love to have you! We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Sitting a very short walk from Canal Street you have access to the French Quarter for daytime sight seeing, fun nightlife and great eateries. It was the best sleep I've gotten in months with a clean, tidy atmosphere, comfy beds, ample room, and a beautiful balcony. We really had a great time. Our host was attentive and accommodating and provided all the information we needed. Parking was not bad either. Some in our party found street parking, some opted to pay for the weekend.
