This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & a 400 sq ft private balcony. Come live easy on Magazine Street just one block from the world famous Canal Street & French Quarter Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Harrahs Casino. The owners are local, check us out we would love to have you! We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. It has access to a balcony. Its located right off magazine and canal just minutes away from the quarter. Everything is walkable and plenty of stuff to do. The only issues i did have was that there was construction early morning outside the loft the time we were there. This location was perfect for the city. It was just a couple of blocks off Canal Street. I parked and walked everywhere we wanted to go. The parking lot was close but open air. There is a pay to park garage a block up on Gravier. The room was fabulously large. Plenty of space for all of us. Very clean. Will stay here again.
