This cute apartment was very clean and away from all the loudness of the French Quarter! Perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or a small family of 3\. There was plenty of street parking. A few minor inconveniences, the bathroom and bedroom blinds were each missing one making it possible to see inside, the remote had no back so the batteries were held in with a bandaid, one of the kitchen drawers was missing a knob, the tv was labeled wrong so casting was an issue but we figured it out and it was very cold during our stay but the thermostat was changed remotely several times. Non of these things were a deal breaker just small inconveniences. The property was very cute and stocked with essentials. The location was ideal for our visit to the FQ. It’s not in the nicest neighborhood, but there is a gate to enter the complex which makes it feel very secure and safe. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the French Quarter and it was easy to get taxis or Ubers/lyfts to and from the apartment. The host was very helpful, sent a list of recommendations for things to do in the area and provided clear check-in and check-out procedures. It was a very pleasant stay! ##### Hannah S. Property was exactly as shown in pictures, and it was sparkling clean, sanitized. Very roomy as well. All essentials provided. Internet/TV was spotty at times, I think due to bad weather. I stayed as a solo female for 3 nights. Would highly recommend for couples or males and females not planning to stay out late at nights. The area outside the locked gate is not very safe. There are guys lurking there and passing cat calls at all times of day. There's a bit of walk to the french qtr, and you have to walk past these guys and homeless men on the streets.
