Check-in & valet are great...Nothing else is :-(
We had a late check in. The check in staff and valet were fantastic: courteous, helpful and pleasant - especially for 2 AM!
Our room was not. The carpet, couch and chair had stains. There was left over underwear beside the TV, the shower still had soap on the shelving and dirty rags hanging on the rod. The sheets were so small they would not stay on the bed. The breakfast was horrible. If you like soupy eggs that taste like they came from a powder and very dried out hard waffles then you would be OK with the breakfast. I ended up with food poisoning within our first day, but I can't say where it came from. Needless to say we were stuck in the hotel for the remainder of the stay with my illness.
Again the valet assistance upon our check out was amazing and very helpful.
I've stayed at country inn before but this was by far my least favorite!
