Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. We were permitted to leave our bags earlier than check-in time, but were informed that the property was not yet ready. The house was really clean and fully furnished. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have slept in. The location was calm and quiet, and close to everything we had planned. The Host was Incredible, She responded in a very timely manner with any questions We had. She was a tremendous help in the process of our trip.
