Here you will find a cozy and inviting living room with a TV, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and a private balcony to unwind. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom private townhouse is located inside the newly constructed Bienville Villas. Located in the heart of Mid City, you will be close to some of the best walkable bars and restaurants and across from Lafitte Greenway, a 2.6-mile bicycle and pedestrian trail and green corridor connecting neighborhoods from Armstrong Park to City Park. Hop on a nearby streetcar and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the French Quarter and Bourbon Street in less than 10 minutes. With 5+ beds, the elegant townhouse is ideal for family gatherings, special occasion celebrations, and big family reunions. We hope you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Features and amenities • Brand new modern 3 level townhouse • 1st floor features 1 bedroom • 2nd floor includes a living room and a half bathroom • 3rd floor houses 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms • Modern exterior and interior design • High ceilings with light-filled windows and hardwood floors • Two balconies with outdoor seating • Modern full kitchen with stainless steel appliances • Plenty of closet space • 3 TVs • Gated, safe and secure community Parking • Two-car garage + street parking available Things to know • Gatherings of more than 16 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. • Shared Outdoor Pool (Working hours - 8am-10pm.) • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request House rules • House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. • The home has maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. • Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. • Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am • Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots. • Local resident restrictions apply.
