There were roaches in my bathroom. The bathroom was very beat up. No way to make it look clean. Toilet did not flush very well. You have to pay to park in the hotel's parking lot. It is $12 PER NIGHT. This was not disclosed at booking. The breakfast was awful. The breakfast attendant did not refill anything and when she did put things out, she put out the very least amount of stuff she could get away with.

Just pay the extra $50 and stay at another property. The staff was great and very attentive, however this property is old. For this to be a Wyndham property it should be hard to replace stained lightening covers, replace caulking in the bathroom or to remove rusted door handles. The tub was so ehhhh I couldn’t even shower.

I was put in a room with a door connecting me to the neighboring room then charged $400 for the neighbors smoking and the smell going under the door. They will always refuse refunds and say there is nothing they can do. Worst hotel ever!

The parking was easy. The staff were very helpful. The facilities were appalling. Nothing like the photos. When booking said had wifi which i needed for work but there was none. Rooms looked like hadnt been cleaned. Hair on floor, bedding and towels. Mold in bathroom. Dust so thick could write your name in it. Will be requesting a refund.

Very accommodating, front desk pleasant and professional. The staff woman taking care of dining and front area always said good morning and was polite. Housekeeper tried enter saying I was checked out after I told her check out was 11. Red a little more training on etiquette. Overall a good stay! Would stay here again.
