We have stayed here before and really like it but this time housekeeping was very spotty. Knocked on our door at 8:45am. We asked her to come back in a bit as we weren’t dressed yet. She never came back. No towels toilet paper etc. we managed but I expected better

The location is perfect, not too close to Bourbon Street but close enough to all of the fun. You may still hear some noise from outside but not enough to not let you sleep. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, considering they put a king size bed in our room. I would have been fine with a queen with some extra room to move around. I did ask for extra hangers which I didnt get but it was not a big deal for me. Restaurant available on the site and music too.

Best location in New Orleans. This is the third time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Walking distance to all the main attractions in the French Quarter. We had a loft balcony room and it was incredible. Already planning our trip back.

Second time I have stayed here and just love it. Cozy, warm staff. Conveniently located to everything I want. If you want to do something the staff makes it happen. The valet service is excellent too. They remember you and make you feel like family. The breakfast was my grandsons favorite, always started the day right. I will always stay here.
