This place was perfect for our party of 5\. Sandy started the fireplace prior to our arrival. Let us know that tea, coffe, and cocoa will be provided. She had sleds for us and enjoyed the sledding hill just out the front door. She provided mints for the nightstands and to boot she gave us hand made booties to keep our feet warm while inside. Overall place was perfect, clean, and well kept rental. We will stay again if we are back to the New Meadows area. ##### Michael n.
