Very clean, rooms were a nice size and the perfect location. Even though the house manual states that Nov-Feb 12:00 early check-in is available, we weren’t able to check in until 1:45\. Also, the coffee maker is a Keurig, which we were disappointed to discover when we were ready to brew our coffee 😩. Overall we would recommend this property. ##### sharon h. I wiped off counters and dining room table and the were quite dirty. Floors were also not very clean. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee. We were coming from Boston, Baltimore and New Haven, so the keypad entrance was perfect. Everything was super clean. The kitchen has all the basics to make even a Thanksgiving dinner, including a turkey!!!! I had my dog with me and we enjoyed running in the fort and walking around... vey call and friendly neighborhood. No dogs allowed on the near by beach park. The house is big with enough rooms for a large family. This was a great experience and would definitely recommend it. We came up for a few days to get a feel for the area, check out the US Coast Guard Academy campus with our son, and get some beach time in. Located within walking distance from the ocean! You could hear the waves from the front porch ( which we throughly enjoyed and used each morning and evening to relax). Only complaint we had was not the property..but the cost of the Ocean park Beach. Expensive for 7 people to go and more to use the pool. However there are plenty of other beaches close by! There was plenty of room for everyone (9 adults) and the kitchen came with pots and pans needed for cooking during our stay. Plenty of linens and place was very clean. Short walk to the beach/boardwalk and beautiful walking path along the river. Driveway looked small but it fit our extra large suburban rental car!
