"I'm sure Paris Hilton would not stay at this hotel.
The parking garage adjacent or connecting to the hotel by a walkway was under construction, took away a lot of parking spaces and poorly lit. It was not the hotel's fault since the parking garage was owned by the city. I had 2 adjoining rooms with 2 queens in each: It took a few hours after check-in for the front desk to issue the key card to the 2nd room. However, the door key card reader was not working but was quickly fixed after it was reported. Which didn't matter because it had NOT been cleaned. We called down for housecleaning and a housekeeper lady quickly came, apologized and cleaned the room. If it hadn't been for the Hotels.com points discount, I/we would have complained and asked for another discount. It didn't even have a microwave. The night before, I had stayed in a friend's room to be at an early morning meeting. There was NO closet, NO dresser, NOT even any hooks to hang our clothes. I/We have paid less for better rooms at a better hotel, but our convention was there so we sucked it up for convenience. I will say the pool area looked nice and clean but we did not have time to go in. At least there was a Starbucks and the bar/restaurant inside the hotel had good food. They got slammed hard on Saturday night so it took a while to get service much less food. Next time they should schedule more staff since they knew there were a couple big events going on in their hotel. Not a 5-star review this time. "
