Great water views from this well appointed 4 br home with boat slip located a short distance from the sugar sands of Ocean Beach Park. Short walking distance to multiple waterfront restaurants and Mitchell College. Within 10 mins to Yale New Haven Hospital, Electric Boat Corp offices, Amtrak station, and the Long Island and Block Island ferries. Coast Guard Parents: We are about 15 minutes from the Coast Guard Academy. Visit downtown Mystic and Mystic Seaport located 20 mins away.
