Built in 2025, this brand new house is located across the street from the private beach and 1/2 mile from the fun at Ocean Beach Park. Relax on the front porch or upper deck or dine outside, enjoying the ocean breezes and the sound of the waves. Or, stay inside and take in the views from the oversized windows in every room. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, great for morning walks. And only a 20 minute drive to Mystic Seaport and Mohegan Sun casinos. Don't miss the Mystic Aquarium, where you can see Beluga whales and pet the sting rays! There's something for everyone!
