The space \- Approximately 2,300 Sq ft single floor home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms \- 2 ½ acre lot with plenty of outdoor play area for adults and kids \- Plenty of land for outdoor activities, leads to pier \- Up to 12 people \- Central heating and A/C \- Spacious back deck Bathroom: Bathtub, stand in shower, hair dryer, and cleaning products. After we were able to get in the house, we discovered an extremely welcoming home. The code vrbo sent was incorrect. Fortunately the owner after several emails, sent someone. She was got us in and showed us around. There were plenty of towels. The refrigerator was empty so we could immediately put our groceries away. We had forgotten coffee but there was also coffee and tea. There was a great game room for the kids. The outdoor deck had a wonderful view. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and wished we had longer to just relax and enjoy the island. ##### Linda M.
