Perfect to explore Yale University, New Haven, and the CT shoreline! Listing features a 1 bed 2nd flr apartment, architect-renovated with original features, central heat/AC, full kitchen, tub, high speed Wifi with smart TV. Paid off-street parking! 5-star local hosts.  
  
We require legal ID, refundable incidental hold, and rental agreement.  
1\. Legal ID required with signed agreement. We put an incidental hold on your card released 7 days after check-out.  
  
2\. Egress door is for emergency exit only.  
  
3\. No illegal activities, no drugs, no vaping and no smoking, and no pets. There is a $500 fine.  
  
4\. No non- booked guests allowed.   
  
5\. No commercial photography or events.   
  
6\. No loud music.  
  
7\. Laundry between 8am-8pm only.

1\. Mandatory bi-weekly cleaning at your cost.  
  
2\. Must remove trash on trash pick-up day every Wednesday morning. Must recycle: blue cans, and regular trash: black cans. Trash cans are to the back of the house or side.
