When I booked my reservation was for a room with 2 queen beds. When we checked in it was explained that those rooms were only available to renters. I was put into a larger room with 3 full size beds. It’s not mentioned in the listing that people live here and rent rooms. Be advised you won’t get a queen bed. The hotel also has signs posted about smoking on the property that it’s strictly forbidden however the hallways and elevator frequently smelled of pot and cigarettes.

It was great. Only issue was people smoking pot near my room. No smoking means everything. And slamming of doors by both neighbors, as well.

Wall plates in swimming pool by shower falling off. Wall paper coming off walls. Hets in jacuzzi do not work along with time. Please smell the someone was smoking Pot shower heads showers at pool bad. This place is not worth the price

Good value considering the much higher rates locally...... Never been the cleanest area of time but still good place for a short stay... Very convenient to 2 major highways and tons of retial , fuel , convenience areas. Bottom line is I always book there when I go back East...... ALSO great din er right across the tight little parking lot......

This place was absolutely filthy. The young man at the desk at check in was very kind and switched my room after I requested it because of the horrible stains in the first room. The second room was not too much better. I stayed here for one night while traveling, but would not recommend this to anyone for any length of stay for any reason

This hotel need over all cleaning, maintenance, personnel, training, etc etc The price is totally wrong and need to be reviewed.

Good price, good location, not recommended
The 1st room we were given had not been cleaned. The second room and the hallway both had a dead smoke smell. This is supposed to be a no smoking hotel. There was no towel bar in the bathroom, one side had been broken off of the wall. The pool has been closed since it closed for COVID, but it's still listed and pictured on the Hotels.com site The employees were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the TV had many channels, all digital with good picture quality. The breakfast was decent, but some of the other customers appeared to be local people currently living in the hotel.

Hotel upgraded us from Standard room to suite which was nice however in the bathtub the faucet was leaking which caused there to be a big brown stain going from underneath the faucet to the drain. We asked to be moved to another room because of this. The staff that we informed of the issue asked asked us " is this the only problem?" And if could i hear the leaking from the bedroom. I felt that she was trying to minimize the issue. Ultimately she did move us but since she seemed to have down played the issue we went back to the room and took a video to show her. The second room was clean and bathtub was stain free. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The booking does come with free breakfast and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Overall i wouldn't mind staying again.

Torn towels, broken toilet seat, mirror pulled out of the wall, hair dryer with wires exposed, band aid and disgusting stuff on side of bed, pubic hairs on the bathroom floor and in a drawer. They were surprised when I told them. They said it was "the bestest room."

The property itself is a little dated but everything did work/function as it should. It was drafty and I’m not a huge fan of the wall unit air conditioners, but once I figured out the remote situation, I was able to get the room warmed up pretty quickly. Love the fridge & microwave option for the price point. Customer service was okay, nothing outstanding, but okay. We didn’t eat the complimentary breakfast but it looked pretty good and we were told that it was good. We were in town for just one night and the room provided what it needed to provide. The king bed was pretty comfy in my room as well.

Pictures were definitely deceiving. Wasn’t worth the price we paid. My cousin found clumps of hair in her bed. The toilets were horrible. I’ll never stay here again.

Hotel is fine. The only issue I have is that the parking spots lines are too tight. Each parking spot needs to be wider. I’m hoping my door is not dinged by the person parking next to me.

Ice maker and vending machine didn't work on fourth floor. Lost a dollar, no big deal, but was told by staff that I could just go to another floor. Breakfast was okay, but no where to sit as the place was full. Chair near the window and desk chair both had stains on them. Air conditioner worked poorly.
