The decor is a bit dated and run down. The front desk check in person was very pleasant but the room we pre payed for was to have a small kitchen area. Instead we got a Jacuzzi which we did not use.

They put us in a dirty room with paint peeling off the walls, a crusty tub, a weird stove, and it reeked of cigarettes. We asked to change rooms, they were polite and changed our room to what the rooms in the pictures look like, nice and inviting. The toilet paper by the pool had been used to wipe dirty drug needles and had blood on them. Sketchy.

The staff was amazing JoJo she was very professional and welcoming. She definitely made a big difference in our stay at this property. We were there for a wedding so a big group in the hotel. Is very close to the highway as well do the Main Street where some local restaurants are.

There was a pool but didn't look clean so didn't fancy using it. Room clean but wouldn't want to stay for more than one night. We were travelling from Boston to NYC so served it's purpose. Staff friendly though.

Over priced
Way over priced. Trashy motel. The front desk lady was very nice. Building was falling apart, disgustingly dirty and air conditioning didn't work. Couldn't even sleep!!

I did not like this hotel. The only thing good about it was the manager Jojo was very pleasant. I would not go here again. It was very loud and not clean.

The foundation of the bed was noisy, as if I was sleeping on a hollow cardboard box. The shower was not in good repair and the toilet paper holder could not be reached from a sitting position unless you were at least six feet or taller. The staff were pleasant but all in all the property was not up to the standards of the Baymont brand.

Needs serious updating!
This place is outdated and getting run down. The bed was terrible. The Breakfast was even worse. Definitely not coming back. Not worth the price.

The only good thing in that hotel was the attendant at the front desk. Didn't like shower curtains smell. We requested, change of towels and a little clean up, nobody came to do it. Tried to enjoy the pool, strong smell of chlorine.

Decent hotel
We only stayed one night, flew out early in the morning so needed a place to stay the night before our flight to save drive time. It was clean, comfortable, good size room. Not a luxury hotel if that's what you are looking for.

When checking in the front desk was very sarcastic and rude to me. When I asked a question about a form he had no idea what I was talking about, so I showed him and he said I don't know but fill it out. Then when my friends asked for another blanket up front he was very rude to them about asking for just a blanket because she was cold. Front Desk was just rude and unprofessional.

The hotel room had ants, there was black stains on the sheets I was told it was hair dye from a previous customer. The air conditioner didn’t work properly. The beds made. Horrible noice when you moved in it! Oh and the pool was being remained!

Very mediocre. The free breakfast was useless, only bread, toaster waffles, and pre packaged pastries. The shower head in the room was covered in mold and shower drain was slow. The pool was closed. The hallways and lobby were clean but musty and slightly smoky smelling. The Service checking in was fine but not very welcoming.

The bathroom door did not shut properly and was stuck at the top of the doorframe to where you had to pull hard to open the door. The room door itself seemed to stick due the amount of paint on the door. And the bed made a loud popping sound anytime it was sat or knelt on. Would like to suggest little cartons of milk for the cereal that was provided for breakfast and a way to prepare the instant oatmeal as i could not find milk for the cereal and i dont believe i saw a way to heat the instant oatmeal other than take a packet and heat in room microwave and hope that you had a bowl that was not made from foam as it is dangerous to use in a microwave.

Stale smoke smell in the room out of date kitchen cabinets, rusty fixtures in bathroom some rot on sink, uncomfortable bed Pool is a glorified tub, very small only 3 feet deep, film on the top of the pool, physical fitness center was not in operation when we looked in the darkened window there was a mattress just thrown over some of the equipment The front staff, especially the day person was helpful at checkin. The hotel was quiet except for the fact that it is located right near Route 95 which makes it pretty loud when you are trying to sleep. It was convenient for our purpose and price was reasonable. Breakfast choices could use a bit more variety

The front desk host (AL) should not have been left to work alone by the manager. It took almost 25 minutes to check in and I was the only one there. Id already checked in on Expedia! AL (maybe in training?) was disgruntled and unhappy. The carpets were dirty, and the room had an odd smell.

One donut for breakfast. Loud hallways. Think it was subsidized housing? Staff cleaning up dog excrement with guest towels? Room smelled like smoke. Lamp had to unplugged to turn off, no switch. Gross. Really disappointed
