Parking was full upon arrival. Booked a king size bed. When I got to my room it was a double.,called the front desk and was told they didn’t have any king beds left. Transferred me to a manager. Went to vm so I hung up. An hour later after I was unpacked, the manager called to offer me an upgrade of a similar room with a jacuzzi tub. I declined as I was already unpacked. I asked about my room rate being revised to match the room I was getting. I was told it would be reflected on my invoice. It wasn’t! This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this hotel and both times the tub had a pretty steady drip. Very dated hotel. Lots of stains in the carpet. The drawers all had oil stains or spill stains in them. NEVER AGAIN will I stay at this hotel.
