The only thing I would change, there weren’t black out curtains that went the entire length of the windows.

Our family stayed here on several days occasions and found the experience to be very good. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly. We all enjoyed the breakfast- it had many options. Overall- a great stay.

It was conveniently located just off the highway, where most lodgings would be a motel for a quick overnight before hitting the road again. This hotel looked and felt more upscale. The room was very clean and reasonably priced. We arrived late. However, the lobby store had a deli and was conveniently stock with a variety of snacks so we could quickly grab something to eat before bed. The free breakfast was fantastic and not just cereal!! It gave us a peace of mind so that we continue comfortably on our journey.

It wasn't my first time staying here, and it's the only hotel I've made a point of staying at over and over. The consistency of the service and rooms keep me coming back.

Usually enjoy excellent stays at Hampton Inn & Suites chain. This location in Truro met most of the quality standards: clean, safe, friendly and helpful staff, quality hot free breakfast buffet in the morning. However, the beds in our room were awful. You could feel the springs, creeks, and not comfortable to say the least. The bedding and pillows were awful as well. Bedding comforter was difficult to keep on the bed. Pillows were razor thin and surprisingly cheap quality. The most important part of any stay is a good night sleep. This did not happen with this poor calibre of bed and pillows. Wall containers are great in the shower. Good idea to offer good shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in wall containers as opposed to the cheap stuff we experienced. We will not stay at this location in the future and will consider other options through Expedia other than Hampton Inn & Suites.

One of the wall lamps between the beds was broken and hanging on an angle. We reported it immediately to let them know that it was that way when we walked in the door. Hopefully they will fix it before the next guest uses the room.

Needs to improve towels
Good overall. Hampton needs to improve their quality of towels. Bath towels are very small and thin. Best Westerns provide much better larger towels so a person uses them all.
