"This is our second time staying here at we LOVE it!! I'm not sure I remember her name but I think it is Mia or Mya? She is so lovely and has checked us in on both travel occasions! She is very kind and is very personable. "

"This establishment is one you want to skip! While it looks decent from photos, we spent our time being evacuated several times due to fire alarm concern. However; come to find out it was In response to folks tampering with smoke detectors. Was advised folks were asked to leave yet, this continued to happen. Waking up to a piercing alarm while supposed to be stress free is not ideal and not something one can get any sleep experiencing. I’ve asked to speak to manager at the establishment.. no where to be found. I’ve called daily for over a week and reached out via message to rectify. Zero response this far! Skip this place! Not worth the headache, lack of sleep and piss poor customer service."

"We enjoyed every minute of our 3 week stay at this great home away from home! The property has great walkability to downtown and to the restaurants on Water Street in East Greenwich. We were looking for a pet friendly location and this place provided a great home for us to keep our dog, but also give her the exercise she needed to meet other pup friends. The hosts were friendly and always helpful with anything we needed, and very easy to communicate with. The decor was very tasteful and modern appliances complemented a kitchen with all the essentials for those meals we had at home. With plenty of off-street parking this venue checks all of the boxes for convenience and comfort. "

"The cottage was quaint. It was the best supplied one we ever stayed in. It was very clean. The location was perfect to explore Newport, Jamestown, Providence, all the beaches etc. The best part was the hosts Ruth and Kenneth went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. When one of the 3 tvs wasn’t working he brought one of his own over to replace it. We highly recommend staying at the cottage ."
