« This is a beautiful cabin right on the lake, very peaceful and relaxing! It is a good location for day trips to Lunenberg and the coast, and Kejimkujik NP. Well equipped kitchen (be sure to get groceries before arriving as limited stores nearby). Two canoes made for a fun day of paddling around the lake from island to island. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! »

« What an amazing property and location! We alternated between "stay at home" days and all-day "excursions" to the far reaches of lower Nova Scotia. Lunenburg, Liverpool, Wolfville, Annapolis Royal, Digby, and Long Island are all within 2.5 hours drive on mostly-empty roads. Only saw two RCMPs in 13 days, so very little speed limit enforcement. Hit the NSLC Signature stores in Bridgewater, Liverpool, or Lunenburg for the best wines. The house is well equipped for cooking and we did just that on...
