Spacious waterfront chalet with breath taking vista on MERRY MEETING LAKE. Modern construction and amenities. Year round home. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Central air conditioning. Forced hot air heat. Magnificent gas center fireplace. Spacious enclosed porch and wraparound front deck. Spacious open 1st floor plan, kitchen, dining, living room and laundry room with half bathroom. Cozy balcony loft with 2 over sized bedrooms and full bathroom. private lake front access with 60 foot dock and swim out raft. Cristal clear spring fed lake surrounded by mountain landscape. walk out to swimming, hiking, biking, and snowmobiling from property. Gunstock ski and recreation mountain and Mount Major 20 minutes away. Powder Mill snowmobile club. Boat marina, Public boat ramp and beach minutes away.  
Additional fees may apply for:   
1\. multiple pets: $200 for each additional pet.   
2\. motor boat docking use of $300.00 per stay.
