« Upon check-in, I discovered that the room provided did not match the photos shown online. Below is a detailed account of the issues I encountered: 1\. \*Room Cleanliness\*: The floor was visibly dirty, with dust and dirt marks throughout the room. 2\. \*Wall Condition\*: The walls showed signs of dampness, and the wallpaper near the bed was covered with mold.
