This property was extremely dirty. The first room i was checked into I requested to be non smoking. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, had holes burned in the comforter, it was obvious the floor had not been swept, stains on the sheets and dried urine on the toilet. I went to the desk to request a new room and the manager was extremely rude. I received a key to the new room, after entering and looking at the sheets on the bed they were stained even worse than the previous room. I walked down to the office and requested my money back so I could take my business elsewhere and the manger asked me to show him what was wrong with the room. This all happened very late at night and was not a pleasant experience by any means. I will never book at this location or recommend it. Definitely not a safe location either.

It's always a pleasure traveling for business and staying at this establishment Roger is super nice and goes above and beyond to make all of his guests feel special The housekeeper Tina also is amazing couldn't ask for a better housekeeper

TV didn't work in room 307 so they changed me to a room next-door (305) after I had already missed the game I wanted to watch. The toilet in that room leaked (clean) water all over the floor from the tank. There also was no luggage rack in that room. They moved me back to the room that the TV didn't work (307) at my request because I had already missed the game at that point. The tub in that room did not drain properly when you used the shower, and had a ring around it. The toilet in both rooms were dirty in the bowl. The light in the bathroom in 307 was flickering like a strobe light. The channels on the TV had no relation to the channel guide that was in the room. The common halls were filthy, and the elevator did not work. I feel like I should get at least a partial refund. The place is horrible.

Only issue was that the elevator was out of service. Hopefully, service has been called to get it running. Without the elevator it was a little inconvenient in handling luggage for the upper floors. (I stayed on the 2nd floor during my visit.)

The cleanliness of the room was extremely lacking. It smelled musty and the bathroom was incredibly stained, with a toilet with barely any water pressure. Flies were swarming in the room, including by the sink, and there was a stink bug on the inside of the window, thankfully behind the curtain. There were some closeby restaurants but unless you wanted to drive there, sidewalks were lacking. When I arrive to check in, there was no one behind the desk and I had to wait in my car for 10 minutes until someone arrived. There was not even a bell on the desk to see if anyone was around. I have stayed in some pretty inexpensive motels, but they at least tried to smell clean. This motel seems to have given up.

My ceiling leaked water through the light fixture, no water in sink for 2 days .. then the bathroom ceiling filled with water bubbles up and staring drains in my bathroom,, contacted owner he said he would check it out never did

the beds smelled like an old musty smell, the door you could see through the bottom, paint hanging off the door, sink was full of water bc it continued to drip, bath towels fit a toddler, lawn hasn't been mowed in who knows how long, no chairs to sit out on the balcony, elevator broke, overall not a good choice.

They had a Frig that didn’t work but it was replaced. The tv was 100 years old and had a speaker issue which was replaced with a 32 inch. Washer did not work. There were unsupervised kids in the pool. Seems like it was staff children that lived at the property. Nice children but anything can happen when children under 10 are unsupervised. Elevator did not work either.

To noisy after 9p .Kids screaming music up loud. Doors slamming I travel for work. 16 hr shifts (nurse ) so sleep was crucial breakfast was doable and there was variety The manager was super nice on the housekeeper Tina goes above and beyond to fulfill all of your needs

People live here full time, and treat it as such. Trash all over, pool area like it’s their personal pool. Kids running all over until we’ll after midnight. Loud music all day and night. The whole building smells of marijuana. Cigarette burns in the bedding. Printer paper family photos hanging on room windows. It was more like a bad apartment complex then a hotel.

DONT STAY HERE HORRIBLE HOTEL
We have stayed at many super 8 ‘s before, I am writing to request my money back, and I have pictures to prove, before I booked through Hotels .com I personally called the hotel to inquire about a few things, my husband has a bad knee so an elevator would be needed no problem they have one, well we get there and there is a sign on the elevator that looks like it’s been there a while. Out of order, so he gives us a room on the second floor, which means walking up and down, we get to the horrible room, there is no safe in the room so I have to carry our passports around and iPad ext, we were attending the mopar show, no working smoke detectors, that’s a problem, pick up the phone to call front desk, guess what phone doesn’t work. This place was in such disrepair and dirty, and not taken care of, with the mopar national in town, all the other hotels were full, so we just dealt with it. You will see by the photos how terrible it was, strangely enough coming up here from Canada, on one website it said this hotel was permanently closed, well it should be, no one cleaned our room, the towels were dirty we stayed for 3 nights, on the last night I went to the front desk and asked the nice housekeeper when do they clean the rooms, she said if it’s a stay over you must request it. This was at 175 Beacon hill Blvd new Cumberland PA, I’m trying to get ahold of super 8 owner to let him know

Unbearable heat was at reception. Receptionist was using pedestal fan for themselves only. Check in process was smooth and slowly. Broken glass were in the way to upstairs to room. Homeless people stuff was sitting in the hallway.

we checked into the room and it was stifling in there, no problem we just turned up the a/c, after a long drive down from Boston we couldn't wait to take showers, except no cold water at all in shower, went to call desk but phone didn't work. sent up maintennance he adjusted the handle, still no cold water but different possition on the handle. microwave was missing from room which we could have used to thaw out everything from the fridge that froze everything no matter what setting. they ended up moving our room and the best I can say about that is it had cold water. very poor upkeep. I guess I've learned my lesson and will stay away from any Wyndham affiliated hotels. very disappointed

Front desk supervisor was rude and inconvenienced by having to get off the couch to check is in. Hotel was filthy and smelled. Kids ran wild with no shoes on and followed us all the way to our room and i had to tell them to go away. When i said something to the employee she said they live here they always do that. We ended up not staying due to the disgusting conditions.

Place was very run down, people obviously living there as primary residence. All trash overflowing. Staff at desk would hide when they saw you coming. Breakfast was disgusting - spoiled milk, rotten fruit. Live and dead spiders in our room. We were afraid to touch anything and left ASAP.

Worst hotel ever!!!!!
This was by far the worst hotel ive stayed in. It took 45 minutes just to check in by 3 different people!!!! They didn’t know what they were doing including the manager! My door lock was broke so I could not lock my hotel room. After telling the front desk all I got was great what’s next…. No new room no I’m sorry nothing. Room was not cleaned upon entering so we had to wait another hour to get our room!!!!! No one was of any help and they even felt put out that I was asking for help!!!! Stay away from this hotel!!!!!!!

We did not even check into the property, changed my mind when arriving at the lobby. The furniture in the lobby was old and dirty and had furniture covers to hide the condition. I asked for the key so we could view the room before checking in and the door would not open. That was enough for me to not even check in.

I didn’t even stay , it was gross . There were bugs on the bed and all over the window . The fridge wasn’t even working . It was on but it was hot inside ‘ it smelled like cigarettes, the staff had a little attitude . I would not recommend this hotel for families ‘ especially young kids! It was suppose to be a fun family trip for us but it was ruined but overall , I got my money back instantly and we ended up going down the street to another hotel.

As we came to check in no one could find us rooms even though we had reservations. It took over 45 minutes and 3 people to finally help us. Our room 311 the lock was broken so our door never locked. After telling the from r desk my response was figures. Doesn’t surprise me. What next!!! This was her response!!! She sat in the lobby in the couch and yelled at another customer because he wanted a receipt and she was so upset she had to get up and print him one!!! I will not recommend this place nor stay her again. There were bugs in the room as well getting into our food!!!

Room was ok at best. No bugs so that's a plus. Fridge and microwave worked. Customer service was not great. The workers acted like we were an inconvenience being there. Garbage all around the outside. $300 for two nights was absurd but cheapest around with everyone price gouging for a concert/ holiday weekend. Probably wouldn't stay again but it worked for what we needed it for.

This hotel has seen better days and should be torn down to make room for a better use. The night staff was very good. Morning staff not so much. Very dirty and smelly. Had waffles for breakfast but no syrup. Would not ever consider staying here again. Ever. Originally scheduled for Holiday Inn express but Expedia overbooked and transferred us here while driving to location. Did not have time to look at reviews or would have passed on this hotel.
