For the almond milk, we agree with you that the price is high in New Caledonia. The consumption is low and the demand also, therefore the milk is not produce localy and is very expensive. To compare, almond milk in the mini-market next to the hotel costs 810 francs (AUD 12) a litre, whereas we sell it for 650 francs for 50 ml (AUD 8.85).Regarding your comments about the person present at the buffet, we take your feedback very seriously. Also, we do offer two types of pillow to suit the needs of our clients in terms of firmness.You are writing that our establishment is old and musty while we are doing constant renovations, the cleaning is done a few times a day and of course controlled by a Housekeeping manager. No key rooms are given without a double inspection.Concerning the advertisement about our establishment, our reputation is fully based on our client’s satisfaction, we do not do false advertising. Our whole team is fully dedicated to the well-being of our guests and does everything to make each stay the most special one.
