This home is located in New Buffalo just 1/2 a mile from Whittaker St and .8 of a mile to the beach. It features 2 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms and a private room with a pull out couch off the living room (doors close for privacy). The living room has a fireplace, large TV and is open to the kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and walks out to the back patio and a large fenced yard. This home also has washer/dryer, internet, cable and a quiet neighborhood. This home is perfect for a small group for the weekend (off season and early June) or a full week (peak season). Beachcomber is near Stray Dog, Beer Church, Bentwood Tavern, Terrace Room, shopping, the Amtrak and the beaches of Lake Michigan. Only 90 minutes from Chicago! Come and see all that this home has to offer! Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional. Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Just a mile to the beach and town. Enjoyed shops, eating at Stray Dog (Mahi Mahi tacos were the best!) Brewster’s for breakfast, and only a 10 minute drive to Four Winds Casino. If you have time, get coffee in Sawyer at Infusco and check out the farmstand and huge greenhouse across from the coffee shop. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Beachcomber was a vacation rental I just happened upon doing a search for places to stay in New Buffalo. What a gem. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable and cozy. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Loved the beautiful spreading maple tree in the front yard that shaded the property. The inside of the home was immaculate upon arrival. An easy and enjoyable walk to many eateries and shops. One could even walk to the local beach from the Beachcomber. Tonya, the agent, was so helpful both in the establishing of my reservation and in helping with general questions. Always got right back to me.
