Thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and togetherness, the home features a welcoming open layout, a cozy fireplace for cooler evenings, and a private outdoor space with a fire pit—perfect for gathering with loved ones under the stars. The spacious yard offers room for children to play while adults unwind.  
  
Just 1.2 miles from Townline Beach, you’ll have easy access to sun, sand, and Lake Michigan’s sparkling shoreline. Enjoy the convenience of walking to Skip’s Restaurant and the local farmers market, or take a quick 5-minute drive into New Buffalo for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Warren Dunes State Park, with its breathtaking trails and towering dunes, is only 10 minutes away.  
  
Restaurants are a short drive from the house as well as the grocery store. The area has so much to explore including antique malls, shops, restaurants, galleries, wineries, breweries, state parks and so much more. We look forward to having you here to experience all this home and area has to offer! Come and make memories that will last a lifetime!  
  
Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $3000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional.  
Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. May vary per listing site.

\- In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit, Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $3000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages.  
CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
