Master Bedroom: Queen Livingroom: Sleeper Sofa Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more! Enjoy grilling with family and friends on the BBQ pit located under gorgeous pecan trees. Free tubes up to maximum occupancy with rental! This 6-unit, two-building triplex can accommodate up to 40 guests, making Twin River Villas perfect for large family reunions, special events, and retreats. Putting the street address in gmaps didnt quite work, probably operater error. Ended up using the spud ranch close by to get closer to the property and it was easier using that as a reference point any other time.
