This 6-unit, two-building triplex can accommodate up to 40 guests, making Twin River Villas perfect for large family reunions, special events, and retreats. The beds were very comfortable. I loved having a convenience store right next door to pick up things we needed quickly. Putting the street address in gmaps didnt quite work, probably operater error. Ended up using the spud ranch close by to get closer to the property and it was easier using that as a reference point any other time. Traffic in area gets super heavy kinda early in the day so walking to nearby places is definitely recommended. ##### Justin F. Only problem was the bed, but after sleeping in a temper pedic i got spoiled. The sofa bed was very noisy and not comfortable, the shower door swings towards the toilet and almost broke it several times , the divider walls between the units appears to not have a true sound barrier , as my 2 kids nd I hd to listen to a party to about 3 o'clock in the morning. This is the third time we've used RiverCityResorts. As pleased as we were with the layout of our place we were VERY disappointed with the beds. The one in the bedroom smelled of vomit and the pullout bed mattress had springs coming through it. Horrible! We'd like to use your group next year as this s a yearly trip for us so I hope you can resolve his problem.
