### Soak in only the BEST Hill Country views form your own private pool!

Tranquil Vista is a lovely four-bedroom, two-bathroom, fully-equipped home with four bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 guests, and is situated on ten secluded acres making it the ideal escape from the stresses of today’s busy lives.  
  
As you approach the home, you will be greeted by a fully paved driveway leading to the house (a surprisingly rare find in the remote areas of the Hill Country). Upon your arrival you will marvel at the breathtaking 270-degree 20-mile view of the Blanco River Valley, Tranquil Vista lives up to its name. The small luxury home features a sparkling swimming pool with a tanning shelf and a bench that runs the entire East side of the pool, making it a perfect place for watching the gorgeous Hill Country sunsets. In addition, the house features two 50” HDTVs so avid sports fans can watch two games simultaneously (or a family movie on one and the big game on the other).  
  
Tranquil Vista’s main bedroom has a king-sized bed and boasts a private entry to the breathtaking backyard spaces. The master also includes an ensuite bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub and separate shower. Beautifully appointed with granite countertops and elegant fixtures, guests will find the space a relaxing and refreshing place to unwind. The three remaining bedrooms share a second hall bathroom; one has a queen-sized bed, and the other two have a double-sized bed in each.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen features lovely granite counters and updated appliances to include an induction cooktop, wall oven, built-in microwave, new pots & pans, lots of kitchen tools, a toaster, a coffee maker, & a blender to make the work of even the most demanding chef easy.  
  
Starlink-powered fast internet & Google mesh WIFI make it a breeze to do a Zoom call or two, wrap up work email, or stream your favorite movie or show. While the latest technology puts the world at your fingertips, we recommend turning off the electronics and enjoying the quiet solitude to connect with those you love by sharing the unforgettable view and the star-filled night sky.  
  
Outside, you will bask in the unmatched Hill Country views. Enjoy long days splashing in the pool under the hot Texas sun, and enchanting evenings under the stars listening to the sounds of nature all around. The patio features comfortable seating from the Wimberley Chair company and a Weber gas grill for the grilling enthusiast. The pool features four chaise lounge chairs for sunning, reading, and relaxing.  
  
Tranquil Vista is a quiet and remote escape no matter where your Hill Country adventures take you. Set between Wimberley and Blanco; it's less than 30 minutes to many popular destinations such as Wimberley, Blanco, or Dripping Springs and only about an hour from downtown Austin. In a world where everything is coming a little too fast, a short stay at Tranquil Vista will help you re-energize for what lies ahead.

Our family really enjoyed our time at Tranquil Vista! The location was perfect, close to Wimberley and Blanco but rural enough to be a peaceful getaway. We really enjoyed the pool and the views (the kids liked the frogs that hang out under the rocks). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. The only thing that could use improving is better cleaning of the floors and providing coffee to go with the coffee pot. We hope to come back again soon!

We loved the privacy and seclusion of this house, the amazing back porch views, big screens for movie watching, comfy king-sized bed, and large master bath tub. But the pool was our favorite!! We spent time in it every day. Beautiful drive to Wimberley, Blanco, Luckenbach, Gruene….. Can’t wait to return next summer. (But if you add a hot tub we will return this winter!! )

Cute house perched on a hill overlooking the expanse of hill country. Bed is super comfy and loved the luxurious bed linens.Only one negative. Raising the cleanliness of the interior. Found used tissues sitting on a thick layer of dust under the main bed. Smudges on cabinets and on all glass doors. Other than that. Great place.

We wanted to get away to a hill country property with a pool so we could enjoy the outdoors during the Texas heat, and this property did not disappoint. Awesome pool with incredible views. It was an absolute perfect match for what we were looking for to relax for a couple of days. Wish we had stayed longer, and we'll definitely be back.

#### Hill Country Getaway!

We wanted to plan a relaxing kick off the summer getaway! We arrived and never left the house, we enjoyed days swimming and lounging by the pool taking in the beautiful view! And evening playing games or watching a movie together. We very much enjoyed our time here. House was clean, kitchen was well supplied and we were able to have groceries delivered from the local HEB. Just keep your eyes peeled for scorpions 😵‍💫😵‍💫 they were everywhere

#### Beautiful View But Not Worth The Price

The location is beautiful and the house has fairly new appliances but the price was not worth just the view. The house was sort of clean but I would expect it to be immaculate for the price. There were dishes in the dishwasher and used bar soap in the master shower. Made me wonder how much cleaning the cleaning crew actually did before we got there. This was our first time staying at a property that was managing by a company and not the actual owner. We won't be doing that again. The pool was amazing but the weather didn't permit us much use of it. And it could really use some nighttime lighting around and/or in the pool area. There were vague instructions about filling the pool with water should it drop below a certain point. I'm sorry but I'm on vacation. I'm not there to tend to your property. Very poor management. And other reviews were spot on when discussing the lack of amenities available. There were the very bare essentials at the house. It was fine for just the two of us but if you have a larger group, be prepared to fully stock the house. And having to toss our garbage at the bottom of the long, steep, windy driveway is ridiculous. The furniture in the house has seen better days and should be replaced and the outside furniture is pretty but not comfortable. There was a smell in the 2nd bathroom of backed up sewage. #### Beautiful Property

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay. Peaceful and quiet with beautiful surroundings. The house has everything you need to have a nice relaxing stay. Beds are very comfortable. Good location - we drove to Blanco and Wimberley for shopping and sightseeing. We hope to come back for another visit.

Private hill top with great views, pool was well designed to see the views. Able to see some Amazing sunsets. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!! Will definitely be back!!!!

#### 2020s pricing with 2010s style amenities

Pros: The pool and view are incredible. We had a wonderful time relaxing and playing in the pool. The beds and couch are comfy. Cons: Trash can was way down the hill (we were instructed to put trash in the laundry room, yuck) and there were not enough towels or basic supplies. It's been a while since we've been in a VRBO didn't have these basic supplies and for the price, we were surprised this house didn't. If you book here, be sure to bring your own beach towels, pool floats, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, and dish sponges.

It's a drive to get there, windy narrow hilly roads but when you get to the house...the view is STUNNING! The pool was absolute perfection! House was clean. Could use extra bathroom towels and kitchen towels. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The backyard view is amazing, peaceful & relaxing with a great pool! Wonderful stay with family & want to book again. I am glad I read the reviews as I brought pool towels, cooking & kitchen items. Pool definitely needs an umbrella as its wonderful but not when its sun, sun, sun! You will love the property!

This is a perfect property for a nice get away. We were surprised at how secluded it is and how far it is from civilization. Had we paid more attention to the details, we probably would have opted for more groceries and fewer trips to town. Our group had a great time.

This house is well lived in, it has some good wear and tear inside. But if you like an amazing pool with an amazing view of the hill country, then this house is for you. The only negative thing I might have to say is they didn't have much in stock when it comes to the kitchen, like trash bag, foil, paper towels.
